I am utterly appalled by the atrocious customer service I have encountered. Despite my repeated attempts to reach out via email and WhatsApp, my messages were met with silence until I was forced to open a dispute. To top it all off, my order never arrived, and the tracking number provided was nothing but a cruel deception. When I finally managed to get in touch with them, they merely tossed around excuses, claiming there was an issue with DHL. After countless frustrations, I requested a refund, but guess what? It still hasn’t come through! The only recourse left was to involve my bank in a dispute, which is just unacceptable. This level of disregard for customers is beyond infuriating!

Really poor in every way

- The item I received was the puppy version not the adult version The tracking reference given is incorrect. DHL eCommerce UK The parcel didn’t even come with DHL it came with Evri. Took 9 days to come.
- Response time, I had no update for my order for 7 days, it wasn’t until I used the App chat function
- Incorrect pricing of items leading to not being able to have the item.
- Online store doesn't reflect actual stock. I had to change my order.
- Overall service and response time is very slow and lacks a customer focus
