Returns & Cancellation Policy

Return Policy:

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.  

 Cancellation Policy: 

We apologize for any inconvenience caused, but if your order has been dispatched to our courier partner, we will be unable to cancel it. Our order cancellation policy is as follows:

  • You can request cancellation of your order at any time before it is dispatched to our courier partner.
  • Once your order has been dispatched to our courier partner, we will be unable to cancel it. At this point, your order will be in transit and we will not be able to stop it or redirect it to a different address.
  • If you have received your order and would like to return it, you may do so according to our return policy.

Please note that we take great care to ensure that your order is dispatched in a timely manner and reaches you as quickly as possible. We work closely with our courier partners to ensure that your order is delivered safely and on time. Unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched to our courier partner, we are unable to cancel it.
